In Amos 3.1-2 God’s Word declares, “Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying, You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.” God denounced the sins of Israel and promised to punish them. At the same time, He declared that there is no other nation or people that has this special relationship with God. Its identity is unique – a nation created and chosen by God for His purposes.      We live in times of confusion, when more and more evangelicals manifest their ignorance and unbelief concerning God’s Word about Israel.
