"Saint" Augustine???
Augustine held the pagan philosopher Plato (see Col. 2:8) in high esteem, constructing a “Christian philosophy,” as Warfield admits: “...largely out of Platonic materials.” [Benjamin Warfield, Calvin & Augustine , p. 319] Remember, Plato was an evolutionist and a polytheist who subscribed to the transmigration and reincarnation of souls.
