Israel weather in December

Winter in Israel.
Heavy rainfalls befell Israel between Wednesday and Thursday, with the precipitation of rain causing floods all over the country, as well as snow and hail falls.

25mm of rain fell in Tel Aviv, 17mm in Haifa and 15 in Jerusalem. Kibutz Revadim in southern Israel beat them all with 45mm of rain.

The storms in Jerusalem are expected to cause floods through mountain streams. By now the storm has calmed down, although rains are expected to fall intermittently.

The stormy weather affected the Ashdod Harbor, which released the bigger ships to sea in preparation for the storm, and tied smaller boats to the piers.

READ the Jerusalem Post weather report for December 27th and free yourself from the absurd idea that in December shepherds were keeping watch over their flocks by night near Bethlehem. Rain, snow, hail, cold inclement weather is the norm and has been for this area at this time if year. Today's weather report is not a fluke.

Time to put to rest the ridiculous idea that Jesus Christ was born in December and that this is why people celebrate Christmas. Enough already!
